What was the highlight of Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bali
Very Good
Loved the pool. Bed was super comfy for me and the pillows. I have difficulty sleeping at home but I slept well here. The staff are very nice. They always try to make you happy or fix anything needed. Mickey at breakfast very cheerful. The ladies in the spa, I had very good massages. Also, the shuttle driver was very pleasant.
Location wasnt bad but not easy either. However because of the taxis it was fine and the shutlle service as well run by the hotel made the logistics easier. I would advise to use the gojek app for taxis. Half the price of normal taxis. My room was fine, but a freshen up re decor would be good. For the price I paid I was satisfied.

Its too far inside & grab is not allowed to pick up their customer. We had to walk out frm the property.

Lovely staff. Very clean and very comfortable.
It’s very clean and comfortable. The staff are wonderful too. The bed was very comfortable too. Excellent shower. Nice poolside loungers. We had an excellent sleep and it was lovely and peaceful at night. They didn’t have the room available that we booked so they upgraded us to a poolside room which was very nice! Breakfast was excellent (but it’s a bit odd that the coffee wasn’t included in the price)
The fact that after we paid for breakfast the coffee wasn’t included. The music at the bar is a bit loud and sort of club music during the day which is around the pool and the poolside rooms. A bit of a more relaxing playlist would’ve suited me better whilst sunbathing.

What was the highlight of Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bali
I enjoyed my stay here.
The room I got was nice, spacey ( but not big). The bed was big and comfy. Gym and pool were great, pool water temperature was just perfect. The breakfast was surprisingly good! For the price i paid i give my stay here a solid 7.9! I'll certainly stay here again. Thank you.
Now a few minor points. I was in lobby to check-in right around 2:15 pm and had to wait 45 min to get my room, so 15:00 is check in time and not earlier! Another minor issue was the room had some worn out furniture, bathroom door looked outdated and black stains on the floor. (rubber stains perhaps?)
