What was the highlight of Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bali
Very Good
Loved the pool. Bed was super comfy for me and the pillows. I have difficulty sleeping at home but I slept well here. The staff are very nice. They always try to make you happy or fix anything needed. Mickey at breakfast very cheerful. The ladies in the spa, I had very good massages. Also, the shuttle driver was very pleasant.
Location wasnt bad but not easy either. However because of the taxis it was fine and the shutlle service as well run by the hotel made the logistics easier. I would advise to use the gojek app for taxis. Half the price of normal taxis. My room was fine, but a freshen up re decor would be good. For the price I paid I was satisfied.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay
Really nice stay for the price. Room was very comfortable and clean- housekeeping are good. Food is great as well as the drinks. The best thing about this place is the staff - so friendly and helpful. Always polite and chat with you. Pool is beautiful and the spa was nice. My favorite hotel in Bali so far as I feel relaxed and safe there.
Not a reflection on the hotel itself but Unfortunately I found the taxi service poor this stay. Always changing the price from day to day so it was expensive to go out and get picked up. It all adds up. I used bluebird taxis this visit as I was fed up with them which is a shame as I usually like to support local drivers. The shuttle bus was very good so I used it as much as I could.

Lovely staff. Very clean and very comfortable.
It’s very clean and comfortable. The staff are wonderful too. The bed was very comfortable too. Excellent shower. Nice poolside loungers. We had an excellent sleep and it was lovely and peaceful at night. They didn’t have the room available that we booked so they upgraded us to a poolside room which was very nice! Breakfast was excellent (but it’s a bit odd that the coffee wasn’t included in the price)
The fact that after we paid for breakfast the coffee wasn’t included. The music at the bar is a bit loud and sort of club music during the day which is around the pool and the poolside rooms. A bit of a more relaxing playlist would’ve suited me better whilst sunbathing.
